This time of year a lot of people have trouble with low energy, sadness and negative things. The reasons are abundant - exhaustion, getting over Christmas (what did and didn't happen), throw in Valentine's Day coming up, bills, taxes, lack of sunlight, SAD (seasonal affective disorder), and a general urge to hibernate...which isn't possible for most of us.
It's a good time to work on your emotions and how you manage them. Remember, it's better to let them flow and accept them. If you bottle them up or stuff them down, you give them more power.
