What are you doing about SAD (seasonal affective disorder)

If you live in a place that isn't getting a lot of sunlight right now, or you have a shift sort of job where you aren't out in the day time, you could be at risk for SAD - Seasonal Affective Disorder.

We need to be out in the sunlight with our eyes open. It is absorbed through the retina, but that doesn't mean you ever look at the sun - of course -- you know that. But that you be outside in the sunlight at least an hour or so per day. It will do wonders for you "affect" - attitude and emotional state.
