Want to be Rich? Filthy Rich? Here's the Key.

THE WARREN BUFFET WAY. Buy it HERE.

From Netscape: Money and Finance, we now know how to be rich. I mean FILTHY rich, not just a millionaire.

The secret? Be born a Virgo.

But let's look at what else is here.

Berkshire Hathaway's Warren Buffett and Oracle's Larry Ellison are Virgos. So are 12% of those on the annual Forbes ranking of the world's billionaires. That is, they were born Aug. 23 - Sept. 22.

According to our favorite psychic, Semiramis, this makes sense. "At the extreme," she says, "they are nit-picking, coldly rational analysts who think in terms of what's useful and practical." (For a reading with Semiramis, email her at semiramis.appiamo@hotmail.com .)

That sounds like my favorite Virgo. He was also very interested in money almost from infancy. He began by stacking things, and rearranging them, reminding me of Midas and his gold. When he got the role of Charlie in the chocolate factory, and sang, "I have the golden ticket," I thought it quite fitting.

I took him with me when he was 8, to a meeting with my CFE (financial advisor), and he sat and listened in rapt attention. He should be a actuary, she said. I gave him some money, we shopped for interest rates, and he bought a CD. I explained the power of compound interest. He never asked for any of the money. He waited.

Well, let's take a look at this from the EQ standpoint. We are talking about a very left-brained person. Detail-oriented, exacting, precise, focused, and certainly not emotional. At one end of the spectrum, we would have Dr. Spok. When we develop our EQ, we develop both hemispheres of the brain and the corpus callosum , the connection between the two.

After all, Midas has to switch hemispheres in order to ENJOY all that money, and sharing it WITH SOMEONE ELSE.

If you're running behind in the money department, you might look into developing your EQ. Being able to control your emotions is absolutely essential. Ask anyone who's in the market. Ask Warren Buffet.

Buffet started out with $10,000 in 1956 and today is worth some $8.5 billion. He is a major player on Wall Street, and famous for his Berkshire-Hathaway, which in true Virgo fashion, he has held, and has never split. He buys companies, and not to sell them. He defies many of the theories of investors, and just keeps making money, the same old way, good old plodding genius Virgo that he is.

There's some hope for the rest of us, though. There's a gazillionaire in every sign:

Steve Ballmer: Aries
James Dyson: Taurus
Edgar Bronfman Sr.: Gemini
Richard Branson: Cancer
J.K. Rowling: Leo
Warren Buffett: Virgo
Ralph Lauren: Libra
Bill Gates: Scorpio
Steven Spielberg: Sagittarius
Roy Disney: Capricorn
Oprah Winfrey: Aquarius
Steve Jobs: Pisces

BTW, there are the least in Sagittarius. Spielberg should give you a clue!
