Text messaging while driving
It's a scary thought to me to find out that 7 states have already banned text messaging while driving. I guess I was naive. It seems like such an incredibly stupid thing to do, I never thought someone would do it.
According to the Dallas Morning News, 7 states, as well as the District of Columbia, have enacted laws that prohibit text messaging for all drivers. They are Alaska, California, Connecticut, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey and West Virginia.
I am just thrilled to know that as I drive the commute to downtown Dallas, aka NASCAR, someone might actually be txt msging while they're driving.
